Pour a ladle onto a medium-hot tawa. Use the back of the ladle to spread in a spiral from center to edge.
Oil & Heat
Drizzle a teaspoon of ghee or oil around the edges. Cook on medium-high until the base turns golden-brown.

Once the edges start lifting, flip for 30 seconds if desired, or fold immediately for a classic crispy finish.
